Nancy Pelosi’s portfolio, for 2026, comes down to 17 declared transactions on four filings. Figures are as of 9 October 2026, read from the periodic transaction reports on the House Clerk’s disclosure site.

All 17 lines belong to her husband, Paul Pelosi. Each one carries the owner code SP, for spouse. For her wider holdings, see our overview of Nancy Pelosi’s stock trades. To read her filings from outside the US, see Pelosi tracker in Europe. This page is the 2026 record only.

A few details the table compresses:

  • Six lines are dated 16 January. Five are exercises of 50 call options each (Alphabet, Amazon, Nvidia, Vistra, Tempus AI), bought on 14 January 2025 and expiring on 16 January 2026. The filing records an exercise as a purchase. The sixth is the AllianceBernstein purchase.
  • The May lines are 200 call options each on Intel and Uber (strike $50, expiring 19 March 2027). In July the filings record 100 Bloom Energy call options on each of 24 and 28 July (strike $100, expiring 17 June 2027) and 50 Intel call options on 24 July (strike $50, expiring 17 June 2027).
  • The share purchases are 25,000 AllianceBernstein units on 16 January, 10,000 Bloom Energy shares on 24 July and 5,000 on 28 July, and 10,000 Intel shares on 24 July.
  • The Versant Media Group line is 776 shares received in a spin-off from Comcast, plus cash in lieu. The filing gives one amount, $15.00, and no range.
  • The two REOF lines are investments in private LLCs that, according to the filings, acquire property in San Francisco. They have no ticker.

Are these Nancy Pelosi’s own trades?

No. The House Ethics Committee’s form instructions let a filer mark a transaction with “SP” when the asset is held by a spouse. Every one of the 17 lines carries that code. They are Paul Pelosi’s transactions, reported on her filings.

Which filings do the 2026 trades come from?

Four periodic transaction reports, all filed under the name Hon. Nancy Pelosi, CA11, and all listed in the Clerk’s 2026 index.

FiledDocumentLines dated 2026Delay, in days
23 Jan 20262003372577 (six lines), 21

The January report is longer than the table suggests. It has 18 lines, 11 of them dated December 2025. More on those below.

How many trades did she declare each month?

Seven trade dates carry all 17 lines.

The zeros are the declared record as of 9 October, not proof of no trading. The latest trade date on file is 8 September, and a trade made after it may not be filed yet.

How long did it take to disclose each trade?

Under the STOCK Act, a report is due within 30 days of being notified of a transaction and in any case no later than 45 days after it (5 U.S.C. 13105(l), added by section 6 of Public Law 112-105). The House Ethics Committee’s instructions describe it as the earlier of the two dates. On every 2026 line, the notification date printed on the filing equals the trade date, so the 30-day clock is the shorter one.

Counted in calendar days from trade date to filing date, the 17 lines took a median of 24 days. The quickest took 7 days and the slowest 28, inside both the 30-day and the 45-day limit.

The delay still shapes what anyone reading the filings can know. A trade made on a given day becomes public when the report is filed, up to four weeks later in this record. Our articles on the STOCK Act and on the cost of the disclosure delay go into the rule and what the gap does to returns.

What does the mix of trades show?

Described, not interpreted:

  • Side. 16 purchases, 1 exchange, 0 sales with a 2026 trade date.
  • Instruments. Of the 16 purchases, 4 are share purchases, 5 are exercises of call options, 5 are purchases of call options expiring in 2027, and 2 are private LLC investments.
  • Names. Ten listed companies. Bloom Energy accounts for four lines and Intel for three.
  • Size. Four lines sit in the highest band declared on 2026 lines, $1,000,001 to $5,000,000: AllianceBernstein, the May Intel options, and Bloom Energy shares and options on 24 July. A band that wide cannot tell $1 million from $5 million. (The December 2025 Apple sales in the January report declare a higher band, $5,000,001 to $25,000,000.)

“No sales” needs one caveat. The report filed on 23 January also lists 11 lines with December 2025 trade dates. They include sales on 24 December (Apple 45,000 shares, Amazon 20,000, Nvidia 20,000) and on 30 December (PayPal 5,000 shares and Disney 10,000, both sold in full), plus gifts of Alphabet and Apple shares to a donor-advised fund. Those are 2025 trades, so they are not in the table above.

None of this says why a trade was made. It is what the filings declare.

How has the simulated portfolio performed?

As of 9 October 2026, TrueWallet’s simulation of Nancy Pelosi’s disclosed trades shows +18.7% over one year. The S&P 500 returned +19.8% over the same window. Over one year, the simulation trails the index by 1.1 points.

WindowSimulationS&P 500
1 month+2.1%+2.4%
3 months+9.6%+2.8%
6 months+23.0%+14.5%
1 year+18.7%+19.8%
3 years+108.0%+83.9%

The simulation is ahead of the index over 3 months, 6 months and 3 years, and behind over 1 month and 1 year.

How to read it:

  • It is simulated, with virtual money. No order is placed and no real money is invested.
  • Each disclosed trade enters at the close of the first trading session after the filing date, the day it became public. Not the day the trade was made.
  • Returns are net of an estimated transaction cost.
  • The simulated portfolio keeps the wallet’s ten largest positions, so not every declared line ends up in it. The two LLC investments and the spin-off receipt are not simulated.
  • The one-year window starts on 10 October 2025, so it covers more than the 2026 lines above, including the December 2025 trades filed on 23 January.

Past performance is not indicative of future results. TrueWallet provides information only. It is not a broker, does not execute trades and does not hold funds.

Where can you read the filings yourself?

The four reports are public PDFs on the House Clerk’s site, linked in the table above. Any member’s reports can be found through the Clerk’s financial disclosure search. The format is dense, and each report is a PDF.

TrueWallet reads the same filings and turns them into positions and a simulated portfolio, with an alert when a new report is read. Download the app to get an alert when Pelosi’s disclosed positions move. The ten positions and their weights are in the app, and her wallet page shows the one-year chart against the S&P 500: Nancy Pelosi on TrueWallet.
