Con il Clarity Act bloccato al Senato, SEC e CFTC scrivono da sole le regole sulle crypto. La SEC ha aperto un percorso di cinque anni per il trading di versioni tokenizzate di azioni statunitensi su blockchain. Questo favorisce broker come Interactive Brokers (IBKR), che già gestisce crypto e asset tradizionali su un'unica piattaforma.
