I Tassi Ipotecari Raggiungono il 7% Mentre i Treasury Trentennali Toccano i Massimi dal 2004
Il mutuo trentennale medio ha raggiunto il 7% il 25 settembre, il livello più alto in anni, mentre il rendimento del Treasury trentennale ha toccato i livelli registrati l'ultima volta nel 2004. I mutui più cari spingono gli acquirenti fuori dal mercato e stringono i costruttori e i prestatori. Questo colpisce Lennar (LEN), D.R. Horton (DHI), PulteGroup (PHM), KB Home (KBH), Rocket Companies (RKT) e il REIT ipotecario AGNC. L'Europa ha visto un breve sollievo nei bond.
