Nuclear forecast tripled and a £150bn UK grid push land the same day
The IAEA raised its nuclear forecast for the sixth straight year, now projecting global capacity could triple by 2060 with small modular reactors driving much of the growth. That thesis lifts reactor builders and uranium names like NuScale Power Corporation (SMR), Oklo Inc. (OKLO), BWX Technologies, Inc. (BWXT), Cameco Corporation (CCJ), Energy Fuels Inc. (UUUU) and Uranium Energy Corp. (UEC). Separately, Britain unveiled a grid overhaul topping £150 billion to wire up its renewables by 2030, a build-out that flows to power operators including National Grid PLC (NGG) and Constellation Energy Corporation (CEG).
