Nvidia backs a startup that helps data centers mix in rival chips

Upscale AI, a startup Nvidia helped fund, launched Token Fabric on Thursday October 8, letting data centers run chips from competing suppliers on one network. The twist for NVIDIA (NVDA): it still leans on Nvidia's Spectrum-X networking gear, so even multi-vendor setups keep buying Nvidia hardware. Full rollout runs through 2027.
