SoftBank's record borrowing spree reaches back to a big Intel backer

SoftBank raised a record $11.1 billion in the largest high-yield corporate bond sale ever to fund its AI push across OpenAI, Arm, Stargate and Intel (INTC). SoftBank is one of Intel's largest shareholders after a $2 billion investment last year. Nancy Pelosi holds Intel, about 11% of her tracked portfolio.
