IWD

IWD is the iShares Russell 1000 Value ETF, a fund managed by BlackRock that holds roughly 850 large US companies considered "undervalued" relative to their earnings and assets. Value stocks are companies that trade at lower prices compared to what their financials suggest they are worth, typically because the market has overlooked or discounted them. The fund generates returns by tracking the Russell 1000 Value Index, and investors receive income through dividends paid out by the underlying holdings. It is one of the largest value-style funds in the US market.
