Russia spares Ukraine's energy sites for the first time since Trump's truce
Russia hit no Ukrainian energy targets on Tuesday October 13, the first such night since Trump's ceasefire, though strikes on cities continued. A lasting halt would slow the crude Russia loads onto tankers. That eases demand for owners DHT Holdings (DHT) and Frontline (FRO), and trims the price lift under Chevron (CVX), ExxonMobil (XOM) and the fund USO.
