L'UE assouplit ses règles sur le méthane pour garder le gaz en circulation alors que l'hiver approche
Bruxelles a proposé de reporter d'un an ses règles sur les importations de méthane. Le début serait fixé à janvier 2028. L'objectif est que la baisse de l'offre ne fasse pas fuir les cargaisons cet hiver. Washington et la France ont poussé en ce sens, ce qui apaise une inquiétude pour des exportateurs comme ExxonMobil (XOM) et Cheniere Energy Inc (LNG). Equinor ASA (EQNR) a également conclu un nouveau contrat gazier de cinq ans avec les Pays-Bas, alors que le prix du TTF se situe autour de 87 euros.
